MTR's Memphis Literacy Institute

The Memphis Teacher Residency (MTR) is a teacher training program based in Memphis and has been a longtime partner with Capstone Education Group (CEG), with many teachers filling the classrooms of our three schools. We are proud to continue this partnership with MTR at our newest school, Cornerstone Prep School (CPS), opening for the 2022-2023 school year. CPS will have a literacy focus and will partner with MTR's Memphis Literacy Institute, whose mission is "equitable literacy achievement through best practices." (MLI mission statement as shared on MTR's website)
