Bradley Williams | Staff Spotlight

Bradley Williams, Manager of Operations for the Lester Campus, can be seen doing a myriad of tasks across the campus. His servant-hearted approach is evident in all that he does as he works behind the scenes to ensure every child gets the education he or she deserves.

“It is a blessing to be able to help others,” says Bradley. “Working in the inner city of Memphis grants me the opportunity to help children that may not have the same opportunity as other children across the city. I chose to work in urban education so I can give back to the community.”

Bradley grew up in Memphis and enjoys running on the Green Line, serving at his church and helping his dad, a local Pastor, reach the local community. Bradley also enjoys seeing CEG scholars exceed outside of the classroom.

“The elementary boys Cross Country team made me smile with their dedication, hard work, their willingness to get better, and wanting to practice,” explains Bradley. “The love that they expressed for running and competing made me happy that I was able to be a part of this program.”
