Maureen Puccetti | Educator Spotlight

Maureen Puccetti, 1st Grade Teacher at Cornerstone Prep Lester Campus, joined the CEG team earlier this year and has found the organization to be filled with passionate educators working to accomplish a critical mission.
“I love the dedication and passion that CEG has for educational equality,” says Maureen. “Every single colleague I work with believes with every fiber of their being that our students will be successful - there is no doubt. I love the tenacity and intensity with which CEG approaches the mission of equipping our students for a successful future.”
Born in Oak Park, IL, Maureen finds Memphis to be a good city for adventure. “I enjoy watching the sunset on Mud Island, exploring the city using Bird scooters, and trying as many new restaurants as I can,” she says. Maureen has significant international experience as well, having studied abroad three times while attending Truman State University and spent 4 months teaching English in rural China. We are glad she has chosen Memphis as her new home!
