Blessings in a Backpack

Blessings in a Backpack is a charitable organization which ensures elementary school children are fed on the weekends throughout the school year. Beginning April 26, 2013, Cornerstone Prep students were selected to receive a backpack of nonperishable food every Friday for the remainder of the school term as part of the Federal Free and Reduced Price Meal Program. This is a voluntary program and parents may choose not to have their children participate.  Here are pictures of our prepsters getting their backpacks and their food.
