Cornerstone ESL Makes Great Progress

It has truly been an amazing year for Cornerstone ESL. We have prepsters representing four different countries and languages. It has been a joy and a privilege to watch these students grow over the past 10 months. All of these students have progressed at least two to three grade levels in reading and math.
The greatest part is that they recognize how far they have come and take great pride in their hard work. One of our first graders, Abdoul Sacko, looked up as he was reading aloud earlier this year and exclaimed, “I just read a book!” All of our ESL prepsters are motivated to see more of what they can do and excited to go even further. We look forward to the 2013-2014 school year.
