July Parent Update

Your CEG staff has been working continuously since May to design an educational plan for your child that will both keep them safe and on track for college. CEG has created an on campus learning plan that will include social distancing, frequent disinfecting during the day, individual supply bins, temperature checks, in class instruction and food service that limits interactions, as well as mask protocol to ensure a safe learning environment for your child. We have followed CDC and other health organization guidelines to ensure the safety of your child as we start school in the fall. 

In addition, we have seen from the parent survey that some of you will need an on-line learning option. Therefore, CEG will also offer on-line learning with a school-provided device if needed. Parents will be able to select the on-line learning option if that meets your family needs. 

We wanted to provide you with this brief update as we begin to look to the start of school in the fall. In the coming days you will receive more detailed information about the two learning options, the start of school, the precautions being taken for safe on campus learning and other important details.
