For the second consecutive year, Lester Prep earned the highest growth score given by the state of Tennessee, based on the TN Ready state assessment. Lester Prep scholars merited a composite TVAAS score of 5, the highest score available. The state awards that score to schools “performing significantly above expectations.”
The 2017-2018 results follow the 2016-2017 results, where Lester Prep students earned a TVAAS 5 in every single subject, the only school in the district to receive such an honor.
